4 Days Gorilla Tracking

It was known as the impenetrable forest but now the mountain gorillas that inhabit this rain forest
are used to human beings. Gorilla trekking can be a strenuous exercise so come prepared with
good walking shoes and proper clothing . This is an unforgettable experience to see the Gorilla
so close in the wild .

DAY 1 KAMPALA - BWINDI
Morning departure for the south with stops at the craft village at the Uganda Equator for pictures
and shopping. After lunch at the Lakeview hotel in Mbarara, proceed through the beautiful
evergreen mountain
country referred to as the "Little Switzerland". Arrive late evening for dinner and overnight at
Bwindi Community Banda’s.

DAY 2 BWINDI TREKKING
Briefing by park ranger guides. Later with picnic lunch, start 30 minutes - 8 hours trek to find
the Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the area where the gorillas were the previous day.
After a full hour with the gorillas, return to your accommodations for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 BWINDI - BUNYONYI
Depart Bwindi for Serene Lake Bunyonyi for dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi Cottages.

DAY 4  BUNYONYI – KAMPALA
Transfer to Mbarara for lunch; later depart for Kampala arriving early evening.
