7 DAYS SAMBURU/ LAKE NAKURU/ MASAI MARA

Day 1 Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi, meet and greet and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 2 Samburu
Arrive early morning and transfer to Wilson Airport for the 9am one hour flight to Samburu.
Arrive and transfer to the Lodge or camp. Afternoon game drive. Samburu at the North rugged
Semi desert region, through harsh contains some of the species rarely found elsewhere e.g.
Reticulated giraffes, grevy's zebra, kuchi, Beisa oryx's, Somali Ostrich, genenuk, vulturine,
guinea fowl among others. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or tented camp.

Day 3 Samburu
Full day spent in Samburu national reserve . Depart for game drive to savour the beauty of the
park and go searching for any wild game you might have missed previously, look for warthogs
and water bucks as you leave the Park ,Breakfast at lodge and depart for Samburu crossing the
Equator to the rugged semi-desert region in the northern Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch at
lodge. Afternoon game drive to search for the "stars of Samburu". Dinner and overnight at a
lodge.

Day 4. Lake Nakuru
After break fast depart to Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. Lake Nakuru is referred as
pink lake for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other bird life-it's a bird watchers paradise.
It has a surprisingly number of animals, it is a rhino sanctuary and the "Big Five" except the
elephant can be seen here, afternoon game drive .Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 5 Masai Mara
After morning break fast depart to Masai mara arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive
across the Mara. Masai Mara crown's the climax of every safari in Kenya for its breathtaking
views, wildlife and birdlife wealth. It boarders Serengeti to the north and supports a huge number
of game e.g. large herds of elephant, rhino, giraffe, buffalo and their predators abound e.g. lion,
leopard, crocodile etc and not to mention the spectacular annual migration of wildebeests, zebras,
gazelles. Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 6 Masai Mara
Full day game drive in the reserve. Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra,
leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for
you, hyenas are plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools of hippo submerge
on the approach of vehicles only to surface seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as
the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 7 Masai Mara - Nairobi
Morning game drive or game walk, lunch, then mid afternoon transfer to airstrip for flight back
to Nairobi.
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for scheduled International departure flight.
