HOT AIR BALLOON SAFARI IN MASAI MARA (1 hrs-2 hrs)

Balloon safari is a fashionable safari flying over the Masai Mara. Gliding serenely above the trees offers unparalleled panoramic balloon views of the awe-inspiring landscape. This is an enchanting experience of floating high above the animals. The unique perspective gives a much truer and mind blowing sense of the huge expanses of bush.
Up relatively early (5:00am), you will be picked up from your Hotel and be driven to the Launch site near Masai Kopjes. You will reach the launch site to be briefed about your Safari by your pilot.
You will then take off to fly over the game filled plains and riverine forest of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, watching out for all the animals, including lion, elephant and all the plains game. You will enjoy watching the plains teeming with herds of wildlife and experiencing a wrap-around panorama of Africa. Your Safari flight will last about an hour depending on the aerodynamic conditions.
On landing you will be met by a helpful team, and the tradition of balloon flights the world over you toast your return to earth with a champagne breakfast. You will celebrate in the traditional manner with champagne (well, an excellent sparkling wine), before sitting down to a full English breakfast prepared and served in the bush in 'Out of Africa' style.
After your breakfast, you will drive back to your lodge to prepare for other day’s activities.
